Helping people has always been at the center of my work. From my early years as a high school and college student, supporting and mentoring youth, to my professional career serving individuals and families through different seasons of life, I have always been drawn to advocating, guiding, and finding ways to make life a little easier for others.

My passion for serving others is also rooted in the example I saw growing up. My beloved mother, Jackie Baldwin, spent over a decade as a Medicare advisor and placed a high value on relationships in every area of her life. She believed that people deserved to be truly known, heard, and cared for — and she carried that same mindset into the way she helped her Medicare clients. She took pride in guiding people through important decisions and being a trusted resource they could rely on.

Watching the impact she made shaped the way I approach my own work. Today, I bring that same compassion, patience, and commitment to helping Medicare beneficiaries understand their options. I know Medicare decisions can feel overwhelming, which is why my goal is to provide clear, honest guidance so you can feel informed and confident choosing coverage that fits your needs — without pressure or confusion.
